Jay Jordon, COO

Jay Jordon's experience and talent are the result of over fifteen years in the fields of systems integration, custom software development and emerging digital technologies where he has successfully overseen the production of numerous large-scale software products.

Jay Jordon was also the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and a founder of Sona Innovations Inc. a joint venture company, originally held between Baldhead Systems and Royal Bank of Canada. He was also a founder of Byte Media, a digital signage solutions provider and vendor to York Region Transit.

Mr. Jordon was formerly the President and CEO of Baldhead Systems Inc., a custom application developer, system integrator and Web development firm he founded in 1994. Prior to Baldhead, Mr. Jordon worked with CIBC Wood Gundy and ANGOSS Software as a senior developer and consultant.

Jason Coulls, CTO

Originally from South-East England, Mr. Coulls' history in computers began in the early 1990's at Safeway PLC, England, in the roles of File Maintenance, Data Transmission and Store Setup teams. Later, Mr. Coulls moved to a support services company, supporting popular software packages and some smaller bespoke applications. In this role, Mr. Coulls attained the position of Lead Programmer and Head Support Operative. In 1998, Mr Coulls joined Baldhead Systems in Toronto, Canada.

Mr. Coulls is an active manager, programmer, researcher, sales developer and tutor within Baldhead Systems. He has extensive experience with the Windows API, Visual Studio (including .Net), embedded programming (including WinCE & Unitech JobGen), SmartWare, and knows Crystal reports so well that he has built ASM, VBScript & Jscript utilities for it and tutors courses on it for CDI Corporate Education Services.
